Electric Valentines Makeup Tutorial

Step One 

Add both types of black mascara. 

Step Two

Apply Dot Deepening Rose Shade Stick to the lower lid creating a slight wing, then highlight over it using Dot Powder Pink Shade Stick. Go back over the dark pink where it was lightened with Luxe Hot Pink Eye Dust. 

Step Three 

Apply Electric Fuchsia Eyepencil in the outer corners of the eyes. Apply white to the waterline, and black to the inner corners. Don't worry about the black looking messy, it gives the look an edgy feel. 

Step Four 

Add Deepening Rose Eyeliner over the black eyepencil in the inner corners. Then apply Electric Fuchsia Eyeliner to the outer corners. Finish off with adding Lavender Dove Eyeliner to the lower line of the Fuchsia, giving the look an all around interesting feel. 

Step Five

Apply just a bit of Deepening Rose Blush to the sides of the cheeks (It can easily over power the look). Then blend it with Cashmere Rose Blush, extending right under the cheekbones. Apply Pink Sand Blush directly to the cheek bones.  

Step Six 

Dye the hair Deepening Rose and then add Luxe Lipgloss. 

Step Seven 

Add accessories and fake lashes! 

Remember to be creative, and if you don't have all these colors change it up and use what you have! :]

I think I need a break

The fact is that Stardoll has become an unhealthy obsession for me. For once, my life is turning out the way I want it to. I don't want a website holding me back. I don't think I'm going to submit any more posts to the Star Blog, I'm over the fame, I'm over the haters, in tired of it all. The truth is, I don't have to deal with it.

It's not real life, writing for a virtual website won't get me into harvard, I'm going to have to accomplish that through actual work. Stardoll is honestly holding me back a bit. This isn't an all the sudden thing, I've been thinking about it for a few months now.

No, I'm not just quitting. I'm still going to keep up this blog, I'm just done with the Star Blog. I'm in high school, and to be honest, I'm not totally satisfied with my current grades and I want to focus on them more. My school is insanely competitive and having all A's barely put me in the top 3rd (there are 800 people in my grade). I need to step it up a whole lot of I want to get into ivy league. Sorry for the whole personal rant, but I don't have the time to worry about having to answer guest book comments, or to dress up members in my styling studio. I'm not looking to build more friendships online. That just makes one more thing I'll feel insanely guilty about leaving.

I honestly don't know what I'm getting at any more.

(sorry bout the format I'm on my phone, and the baby's crying. Or is the cat meowing? Can't figure out what's what at this point... That sounds weird... I'm next door babysitting...)

I was in such a great mood until I got home and logged on to my computer, in fact I found out I was going to be asked out-- by RON WEASLEY! I was ecstatic. If I'm dating Ron Weasley that would make me Hermione Granger. But, thats not the point. Some people don't understand how words can truly effect someone. I was in a great mood, and it was suddenly turned terrible. 

How would you feel if I featured you and you got all these negative comments? 

Think about it, and reevaluate your opinion.

DIY Eyes

Here's a tutorial on how to make my eyes. ^.^ 

It's a little bit off but, I think you get the gist, if not, be sure to let me know and I'll make a whole list on where I'm off. x]

Valentine Dot Makeup Tutorial

*Quick note, sorry about the eyes... 

Step One

Apply a quick layer of pink luxe eyeshadow for some sparkle. Then over lap that with the darker pink eye shadow from Dot. Blend in the purple from under the eyes into the pink. Then blend in the bright red right above the purple. The last thing is to go back with any of the bright colored eye pencils from Dot Valentines (I used pink) and in the outer corners and upper lid apply it. 

Step Two 

Add pink mascaras and pink liquid liner to the inner corners

Step Three

Lightly apply dark pink blush then dilute it using a light colored blush. Finally apply Luxe lipgloss.  

Step Four 

Dye the hair pink and add accessories. Remember to be creative. :] 

*Another note, sorry if it looks a bit like a clown, like I said in my review I'm not a huge fan of the new makeup.

Dot Valentine Collection

I have to say, I'm kinda really disappointed with the new  makeup.

The colors are extremely bright and too much so for my liking.

That didn't stop me from spending 75sd though. I'm somewhat regretting my purchase, I'm on the last of my Stardollars. I also feel like I want to buy more... 

Here's a quick makeup look using the bright hibiscus colored shadow and the dove and rose liquid liner. I also used the pink mascaras. I find the blush insanely difficult to work with, so theres none of that.

Overall, this is probably the worst Dot collection yet.

The makeup is also really glitchy.

Careers!?

Ok, so I just bought the Career studio thingy.

It's a little goodbye Royalty present to myself. x]
My Royalty runs out in like 4 days, so I decided to buy it while I could.

It's actually quite fun, I thought it would be a waist of money, but it wasn't bad. I enjoyed decorating it, and dressing up other peoples Medolls. You also get 10% of a purchase if you're superstar. :]

Ravishing Red

I know that we already have a red themed makeup tutorial, but this is a bit different, enjoy!

Here are all the products being used in this tutorial.

Left to right: Black Eye Kohl, Black Fluid Liner, Volumizing Mascara in black, 

Black eyeshadow, Tigerlily blush, MSW Manhattan Red hair dye, and Tigerlily lipstick.

Step One

Line the upper lid and outer corner of both your eyes with the black eye kohl.

Step Two

Put a small amount of tigerlily eye shadow on the upper lid, and add 

some black fluid liner for a winged effect.

Step Three

Put on some Lovely Lashes, and the Dark Dotty shadows from Sunny Bunny.
I also chose a hairstyle and used the MSW Manhattan Red hair dye.

Step Four
Finally, add a bit of blush, and lipstick, both in the color Tigerlily, and you're all done!

Feel free to add some more accessories of your own to complete the look!

Antidote is Out!

So glad it's a holiday in America today! 

I absolutely love it! The theme is great, I think some of it is a bit inappropriate like the whole pill popping thing, thats dangerous! NEVER TAKE MORE THEN WHAT THE DOCTOR PRESCRIBED!

Ok, now that we've been through that look at the cute bags, they kinda remind me of the bags from a previous Stardoll store, it started with an O, I can't remember the name.

Overall this collection was much better than the last, but not better than the first! 

I mean seriously, this dress is amazing and was only 50sd in 1st season Antidote!

Snow White Inspired Makeup Tutorial

Step One 

Optional: Add a nude base (The natural color doesn't look good on skin this pale). Then add red lipstick. 

Step Two 

Add both types of mascara, and then white eyepencil in the inner corners, and black in the outer. 

Step Three

Add one layer of pink or peach blush on the cheekbones, then use a darker color to highlight it. 

Step Four 

Add accessories!

Remember to be creative!

Step One 

Add black or brown mascaras. Then apply a reddish-brown eyeshadow in layers.

Use green eyepencil in the outer corners, and red on the waterline and mid-lid.
