Rainbow Makeup

Step One

Basically, go in rainbow order with red in the outer corners. Then blend it all together with white. 

Step Two

Add white mascaras. Then go in color order with the liquid liners.

Step Three

Color order with the pencil liners. 

Step Three

Apply purple lipstick. I did dark and then light. Then use multiple shades of blush. 

Step Four

Dye the hair white and add lots of colorful highlights.

Step Five 

Add accessories! Be creative and have fun with it! :]
