Icy Blue

Step One

Add blue mascaras and black or blue liquid eyeliner to the outer corners. 

*Fake eyelashes already added etc. 

Step Two 

Start with the purpleish dark eyeshadow in the outer corners of your Medoll's eyes. Then layer the colors lighter and lighter, so at the end the Luxe lightish cyan blue is need the inner corners. 

Step Three

Use the eye kohl pencil stuff. Use the black under the eyes and use the light blue in the inner corners. The dark blueish purple should be used in the upper outer corners. 

Step Four

Start with the lightest blush and layer it.
